The Cubic 2-Drawer Side Table is a triumph of both architectural and artistic design. Precise and dramatic in its bold geometric shape, the piece brings mid-century allure to a more modern silhouette and offers plenty of function, either flanking a sofa or making a statement on its own. The Cubic is cloaked in antique brass cladding, providing its facade with delicate texture and a subtle sheen when met with sunlight. Its open-format metal base adds a touch of industrial cool, and gives the illusion that the body of the table is floating in midair. Two large drawers meet in the center with complementary bronze-finished pulls, quietly gliding out and revealing rich stained wood and plush micro-soft interiors.
The Cubic marries the two opposing design sensibilities of Brutalism and hand-crafted romanticism. Using time-honored techniques, our artisans have created a metal cladding which they have applied to a contemporary-styled side table. The result is a piece which feels very modern, very unique and artisanally crafted at the same time.
