As I mentioned in my previous post I am totally captivated by Ferm Living's new Fall/Winter '13 Collection .. so much so that I just have to share more!

One of my favorite things about Ferm Living as a brand is that they effortlessly breathe new life into pieces from previous collections, as if to make them new again with their current designs. Nothing feels outdated, such an inspiration to reinvent what you already have while adding in a few new key pieces.

The new Collection includes more items in marble & in new colors (love the shower curtain!), new kitchen items (more stripes!), wallpaper, artwork and a handful of new vessels (brass!)

All new Ferm Living Fall/Winter '13 Collection pieces will be available on House&Hold within the next week, here.

I'm totally captivated by Ferm Living's new Fall/Winter '13 Collection, the creative direction on this collection is just amazing. The new collection has a stated feel, mature and composed. It's not as playful as previous sets and I quite appreciate that.  Artists Kristina Krogh and  Mariken Steen (shown in 1st photo) both have work included for the Fall which is a brilliant move.

A few of my favorites? The new Grid Wallpaper & Hexagon Brass vessels are keepers.

The new X3 Watering Can by Kontextur is a witty little thing. The handle is designed to be held from both the side and the top to carry (exciting!) and has a great big spout. Really, more than just a watering can and too beautiful to hide.

Available in 4 classic colors and shiny copper.

A shot of Monday morning inspiration: Photography by Heidi Lerkenfeldt. I love these assemblages and the styling is just spot on.

The last image makes laugh, I'm a wee bit over taping stuff to the wall with washi tape but those plates? That's fantastic.

What a lovely assemblage of objects! The balance of soft/hard edges and shiny/matte colors is inspiring and the copper edged mirror is fantastic!

My favorite bits of the week -- plants & black bits. As I mentioned, we just moved into a big new house in the countryside. White walls, blank canvas! Loads of decorating to be done, I'm gathering inspiration like a maniac.

The bits I like? The plants in each image, particularly on the windowsills. And the black objects on top of the white kitchen cabinets. Just perfect, nice detailing.

    Happy Friday!

Plant perfection, don't you think? The shelf is fantastic but I am also loving the mix of pots, the terra cotta in particular. I think we sometimes shy away from terra cotta. It seems like something we've seen too much of. But really, it's quite lovely with all of the white and green.
