Raw oysters are one of my favorite winter treats and in season right now in the PacNW. I love how they arrive when ordered out -- on ice and served with a champagne mignonnette. MMM!

Kate S. Jordan captures it beautifully. Plus how stunning is the colorway of an oyster? A whole room (home?) could be based around it.

Oh, how I'd love to stay at Ett Hem in Stockholm. Designer Isle Crawford turned the 100 year old building into a stunning boutique hotel that's totally cozy and feels like... home.
