I'm wrapping up our fantastic H&H Holiday Q&A's with Minna Jones of the blog Time of the Aquarius. Minna is a talented Finnish blogger, stylist and visualist. I admire her style and adore her Summer cottage / Winter Cabin!

Winter natural. Christmas cozy, yes. But no need to put these deco bits away after the Holidays are over...
Love it. Via Hitta Hem.
I checked in on one of my favorite designer/makers Jordan Castro with a Holiday Q&A, featured in this years Holiday Gift Guide. Jump over to read the full interview.
Jordan and wife Annastasia have created a collection of concrete kitchenware that exemplifies their genuine love for the process as much as it does the product. And the product? Refined concrete simplicity... absolutely beautiful.
When asked about his favorite Holiday Tradition, Jordan shares a very special moment...
A Holiday tradition that we have greatly enjoyed, is our family walk around Plum Island before the children's bedtime. We take the time to talk about what we are Thankful for & why we appreciate one another.

I popped in on Ceramist and Designer Gry Fager with a Holiday Q&A, featured in this year's H&H Holiday Guide. Jump over to the interview here.
Gry, among many other projects, designed the Stitches Collection for Menu. She is an incredibly kind, thoughtful and talented person and I was thoroughly delighted to read of her Christmas traditions and favorite memories.
So graciously Gry has shared a favorite family recipe with us for 1, 2, 3 Hap Cakes!
... & be sure to read the full interview with Gry here.
1, 2, 3 Haps cakes
This recipe I have from my grandmother and in our family these cakes will no doubt be on the table...The name signifies that when you have started eating the cakes you cannot stop... 1,2,3 and they are gone….
They are easy to make:
300 grams wheat flour
200 grams butter (it has to be real butter!)
100 grams sugar
A little chopped hazelnuts – approx 1 deciliter.
All is put into a bowl with your hands and it is important to use your hands because it is the warmth from your hands that will soften the butter. When the dough is OK, you roll it into a couple of long rolls. You place them chilly for at least 1 hour. Thereafter you slice the rolls up in small round cakes and you put them in the oven for 8-12 minutes…until they have a golden color… oven temperature 225 degrees celsius… and then 1,2,3 haps.. they are gone…;-)

Today's visit is at the home of Weekday Carnival. She did a complete Christmas decorating series called Simple Things. Love it.
