Polka Dotted Jeans DIY at A Merry Mishap

Copper Objects

I've developed a crush on copper. Copper is the rosy sister of gold. Prepare your pocketbooks as you're so going to crush out as it takes center stage in the next months months! There are sure to be a lot of fun objects & idea inspirations for the love of copper.....  !!

Bathroom ideas.  A room where decorating alone can't totally solve, but.... I love the simplicity of the bathrooms here, black, white and great tile.

And the bathtub/shower situation in the 1st image? Amazing.

the Backdeck

Serious summertime-ing on the backdeck. At night, after a hot day. You know what I'm talking about!

I have been really enjoying the last days of Summer.  And these back decks? Inspiring, of course. The top one is by far my favorite, everything about it. The third image is not a deck, but you get the idea.

A Vignette

This is a beautiful vignette in the home of Daniella Witte. The most harmonious elements of wood, copper, green/black. I just love how closely the wood and copper work together - and those plants!

Simple Living by Time of the Aquarius

I appreciate when rooms are not over styled, over done, or overly trendy. A well done lived in space, simply. 

The editor of the Finnish blog, Time of the Aquarius has a living room that is just that. Strong pieces, subtle color, interesting shapes and great light.
