The Weekend Waffle

The Weekend Waffle! A flash of beauty & brainstorm for your weekend, all waffled together.

"What'll we do with ourselves this afternoon? And the day after that, and the next thirty years?"
- F. Scott Fitzgerald

The weekend list? A backyard party at a friend's house (Portland weekend forecast: 70's!), gardening & picking lilacs from our bush. And: contemplating painting one of our bathroom floors black. Yay or nay?

Set the table! Ferm Living Dishware.

Happy Friday everyone! If your weekend plans include a leisurely breakfast or having friends over for dinner, then be inspired by Ferm Living's Dinnerware. The peppy patterns and spring-ish colorway will make you want to set the table even if just for yourself!

I love the interesting shape of the dishes. The straight sides of the bowls & bit of lip on the plate adds a playful yet functional element. Ferm Living dishes look just as amazing stacked up in a row as they would with a pile of pancakes on Saturday morning! Yum.

Which do you prefer - a more traditional set of dishes with a softer edge or something more edgy like Ferm Living?
