Roost Dinner & Dessert
Roost is one of my top favorite food blogs. Not only is her dietary style similar to how my family has to eat, but her photography is show stopping. Such finesse.
Roost's recipes are predominately grain, gluten, starch, refined sugar free and easily adaptable to dairy free as well. So if you think eating sans all those foods is boring? Think again!
I get totally excited when otherwise feeling bland about the not eating all the sugary, starchy, glutenous 'junk food when browsing through Roost.
I have my eye on the Pan Roasted Red Snapper with (cauliflower!) Summer "Cous Cous" for dinner and dessert? I'm taking inspiration from the Strawberry Basil Frozen Yogurt ... using coconut milk for dairy free ice cream!
