Summertime Essentials: Homemade Picnic'n Cookies

Picnic'n is pure summertime bliss.  And what better to bring along than a fresh batch of cookies?! Oh, yes please!

I added 4 recipes to my collection that would be perfect to take along on a picnic. I am especially eyeing both of those filled ones!!

Memorial Day Picnic Plans

Nothing says Memorial Day weekend like a good 'ol fashion picnic at the countryside... or at the beach. Eating yummy food & sharing good times with family & friends in the wide open space, fresh air. Lounging and loosing track of time. Prosecco and maybe a little campfire on the shore?

Sounds quite nice.

I would take 3 things along:
1. Knapsack by Fatboy. A gingham, moisture resistant picnic blanket.
2. Wine Cooler by Erik Bagger. Nobody wants hot prosecco, now.
3. Cork Tray by Ferm Living to tuck inside the picnic basket. Lightweight & useful.
