beautiful

It was a long week without a hello but I wanted to leave you some beautiful interiors for a long, wonderful weekend. I love the styling in these product photos. A comforting color palette and aesthetic that I can identify with. Staying true to the Scandinavian philosophy of functional beauty. The wood furniture pieces in the Georg Series is elevated simplicity.

The Georg Series is designed by Christina Liljenberg Halstrøm for Skagerak.

Etc: Houseplant Assemblages

Beautifully styled houseplants. A simple assemblage on top of a credenza or stack of magazines, even. Add in a few additional objects for texture & depth. Use a variety of vessels.

Major wow! Don't you think?

Vice Versa: Perfectly Styled Spring

Vanessa Colyer Tay wins the gold star! This room, which she styled is stunning. I'm crazed by the stripes & flattening of the elements on the wall as well as the furniture & objects. Oh, perfection.

And that is why it's my vice/versa subject of the day.  The style of Vanessa Colyer Tay is emergent & effervescent. I cannot resist but to only stare at the room above. How about you?!
