Day 8: Bleu Cheese & Bacon Tartine with Honey.
In a nutshell, that's lunch. Or dinner with a green salad, no? I love bleu cheese (especially from local Rogue Creamery!) and bacon (love our local Carlton Farms bacon!) and honey (we consume gallons of Wessels Family Honey .. a raw honey farm located a few miles away from our home!)
Such an amazing combination! And I love this simple recipe from Everything Fab.
