A true concrete retreat, the Casa Poli House designed by Pezo Von Ellrichshausen is located on the rocky peninsula south of Santiago Chile. Designed by Ellrichsshausen for his family and another, the home is a weekend retreat, private gallery and even a space for artist residencies.
An it's such an interesting, raw space. Heavy concrete exterior, whitewashed recycled wood & pressed concrete interior. Gloriously intense, modest and quaint all at the same time. And? Cheap. Casa Poli was built for a measly $63k.
I think the only thing that is missing? A giant observation deck or outdoor space. This home has a front row ocean view...stunning.
