Tom Dixon Fan Dining Chair

Tom Dixon Fan Dining Chair

With the Fan Dining Chair, Tom Dixon has created a modern take of the classical Windsor Chair. It’s a contemporary take on the traditional British archetype.

The unique shape is like an Exclamation Mark at your dining table but the semi-transparent design of this piece means it also won’t overwhelm a room due to its minimal visual mass. Everyone that looks at the Fan Dining Chair marvels at its beauty.

The Fan Dining Chair is available in two colors - natural oak and a black stained birch - and comes with a black leather seat pad.

Tom Dixon Bone Bowl

Tom Dixon Bone Bowl

The Bone Bowl draws its name from its look. This piece, cast in brass with a matte finish, looks like it has been crafted from bone artifacts drawn from the ground. These beautiful bowls are hand-crafted in India. The artists meticulously put these pieces together.

These bowls have multiple uses. Many customers use the Bone Bowl as a sculpture in its own right. Others add extra decorations and some even use them as fruit bowls.

Tom Dixon Stone Mortar and Pestle

Tom Dixon Stone Mortar and Pestle

This Stone Mortar and Pestle is artistically designed but also crafted for regular, and everyday usage. Hours of grinding in Tom Dixon's own London restaurant resulted in his choosing to design this weighty block of white Morwad marble and brass. It is perfectly crafted to smash, pummel and grind spices and herbs. It is finished off with an exaggerated rounded lip that allows you a firm grip as you work.

The Pestle and Mortar comes in a solid mango wood box.

Many customers pair this with the Stone Spice Grinder.

Tom Dixon Swirl Stepped Book Ends

Tom Dixon Swirl Stepped Book Ends

Whilst they have been given the name Stepped Book Ends, these artistic pieces could be used in their own right as a sculpture on your shelf. These hand crafted and turned on the lathe pieces create a series of geometric forms.

The unique process that is used to craft the Swirl Stepped Book Ends involves recycling the powdered residue from the marble industry. The residue is mixed with pigment and resin to create the blocks that are then sawn, sliced and turned on a lathe to create these visually striking, fresh pieces that will add a bold, fresh look to any space.

These pieces are substantial in weight, smooth in texture and bold in pattern,

Tom Dixon Spot Surface Wall Sconce

Tom Dixon Spot Surface Wall Sconce

The Spot Surface Wall Sconce consists of a  stainless steel body and a massively thick glass lens, with integrated LED bulbs. These lamps can be used on the wall or the ceiling and come with a black finish.

The Spot Surface Wall Sconce harks back to Dixon’s time working with industrial products. These hard wearing lamps are great in your home (depending on your personal tastes) or in damp environments if you are using them in hard-working trade areas.

Tom Dixon Melt Table Lamp

Tom Dixon Melt Table Lamp

One area that Tom Dixon is well known for is his experimentation. With the Melt Table Lamp Dixon has utilized vacuum metallisation to create this artistic piece. Melt is a distorted lighting globe born from our collaboration with Swedish radical design collective front.

The Melt Table Lamp is a piece that your guests will notice. With a distorted shape that mimics a mesmerizing melting hot blown glass effect, the Melt Table Lamp is translucent when on and has mirror-finish when off. The light that the Melt Table Lamp emits offers an attractive, mildly hallucinogenic light that also doubles as an artistic table top sculpture when off.

If you are looking to furnish your house, and art is important to you and your family, you need to do yourself a favor and take a look at the Tom Dixon collection.
