This just blew me away. An old (built in the early 1700's!) church in Spain beautifully restored. Originally intended for demolition, the Sant Francesc Church was saved by the residents of Santpedor, transforming the decrepit space into a thoughtful cultural space and auditorium.
Taking seven years to restore, architect David Closes added modern elements to the naturally historic building.
It's absolutely stunning and one of the most beautiful renovations I have ever seen.
