Ben Jacobsen of Jacobsen Salt Co. uses traditional salt harvesting methods to turn Oregon's lovely coastal cold waters into fluffy large flakes of salt in his Portland facility.
Really amazing. Jacobsen Salt Co. is the first of it's kind to commercially make salt of Oregon's ocean, a true pioneer!
